Personnel Management:
The Payroll Module allows personnel information to be managed in a centralized database. This makes it easier to keep track of, update and store personnel files in an organized manner.
Within the scope of the module, the information in the personnel files of employees is recorded in detail and all documents in the personnel file can be added to the system in many formats such as PDF, JPG, Excel, etc. if desired. Annual leave entitlements and used leaves of employees can be kept in the system and leave balance tracking can be done.
Organization, identity information, salary, bank information, social insurance, private insurances, payments, enforcement files, disability status, family information, marital status, work experience, education, penalty-discipline information, embezzled fixtures and similar information can be recorded in the registry card.
Salary and Benefits Management:
The module enables the management of employees' financial information such as salaries, bonuses, additional payments and other benefits. This ensures that salary calculations are automated and benefits are calculated accurately and in accordance with current legislation.
With the functions within the module, the employee's wages and benefits, salary advance requests, insurance policy information, special deductions can be recorded in the system and added to the employee's payroll. All wages and fringe benefits can be written to the system manually or can be transferred via bulk transfer templates.
The employee's payroll data can be calculated by the system, or it can be organized through Excel templates, or by integrating with Attendance Payroll applications, payroll can be transferred from Attendance Payroll applications.
After determining with which SSI Incentive law code the employees should be reported in the relevant periods, the incentive earnings calculation is made in the payroll account and the SSI Withholding Declaration application is notified in the form of a TXT file.
Compliance with Tax and Legal Regulations: Many parameters are used for tax and insurance calculations in the Payroll Module. While ensuring that personnel costs such as tax deductions, insurance contributions and other legal requirements are calculated accurately and in accordance with the legislation, legislative updates are also adapted to the system very easily. Thus, organizations comply with insurance, tax and legal regulations and avoid criminal sanctions.
Reporting and Analysis: The module provides various reports and analysis tools, enabling organizations to monitor staff costs, evaluate their performance and optimize business processes.
Within the module, many reports such as personnel list, leave list, bank payment list, work certificate, release, sheet payroll are available, and special report contents can be prepared for organizations.
Notice Pay, Severance Pay and leave load can be calculated as of the desired date and reported by the system to be used in cost calculation.
Integration Capabilities: Payroll Module can be seamlessly integrated with other modules of Dynamics 365 F&O. It works in integration with the SSI work entry and exit system. In this way, you can easily perform your SSI work entry and exit transactions. Data can be exchanged by integrating with many applications that have functions such as different attendance systems, training, personnel management.
This facilitates the coordination and data sharing of personnel management processes with other business processes.
Compliance with the Legislation of Other Countries: PayrolPro has been developed parametrically. In payroll calculations in other countries, deductions from gross wages and their rates, exemptions granted to wages and other different regulations can be made in accordance with the legislation of that country with parameters that can be added to the calculations.
