Basic Invoice Scenario
The Basic Invoice Scenario is the scenario that only deals with the e-Invoice reaching the receiving system from the sending system. In this scenario, the organization must accept the e-Invoice if there is no technical problem (such as lack of mandatory fields, data corruption, signature invalidity) in the e-Invoice sent to it.
Commercial Invoice Scenario
In addition to the Basic Invoice Scenario, the Mailbox has the right to ACCEPT, REJECT or REFUND the incoming invoice. In other words, the e-Invoice Application expects the organization to notify whether it will accept or reject the e-invoice sent to it. The notification of acceptance, rejection or return must be signed and sent and archived in the same way as when sending a new e-invoice.
